What Actually Matters Here
- You own your work from concept to deployment
- We trust you to manage your time and energy
- Questions are encouraged, politics aren't tolerated
- Learning is built into your week, not squeezed around it
- When you're off, you're actually off
Current Openings
We're expanding carefully. Each role exists because we have more interesting work than we can handle, not because we're chasing growth targets.
Senior Mobile Developer
Join our team building custom mobile solutions that solve real problems. We're after someone who thinks beyond frameworks and asks why before how. You'll work directly with clients, shape project direction, and mentor junior developers.
- React Native or Flutter
- Native iOS/Android
- API Integration
- Client Communication
Product Designer
Create interfaces that people actually want to use. We need someone who can sketch on napkins and argue about button placement with equal passion. You'll be involved from discovery through to launch, working closely with developers and clients.
- UI/UX Design
- Figma/Sketch
- User Research
- Prototyping
Junior Developer
Starting September 2025. Perfect if you've been building projects on the side and want proper mentorship. We'll pair you with senior developers who remember what it's like to be new and actually enjoy teaching.

Meet the Team
Freya Lindqvist
Lead Product Designer
"I joined gleamsys in 2022 after freelancing for years. What sold me? They let me spend three days on user research for a project that was 'just a small update.' Turns out that small update changed how 2,000 people do their jobs daily. That's the difference—we actually care about getting it right."
"The team is small enough that your voice matters. Last month I suggested we pause a project to fix our design system. Everyone agreed. We spent two weeks improving our foundations instead of rushing to ship. Try doing that at a big agency."
