Now we focus on custom mobile solutions for businesses with specific problems. The warehouse manager who needs offline inventory tracking. The field service company tired of paper forms. The consultant who wants client data accessible during site visits.
These aren't sexy problems. But they're real ones, and solving them properly makes a tangible difference to someone's workday.
We also stop projects when they're not working. Last year we refunded a client after six weeks because our solution wasn't going to be better than what they already had. Hard conversation, but the right call.
